Beginner classes
The perfect class for people looking to start their reformer journey. The exercises in this class are simplified to help educate you on some of the key principles in Pilates. Spend as long as you need in the beginner class building confidence with the equipment whilst improving form and body awareness with your movements.
Intermediate
*Not suitable for beginners. You must have Reformer Pilates experience.
Building on the foundations you have learnt in the beginner class intermediate classes are designed to challenge you both mentally and physically. Exercises are progressed to improve strength, balance, and coordination.
Advanced
A full body workout to take you to the next level. This class requires a good level of fitness and technical capability. You will need to have a good understanding of the equipment and exercise set-up. Be ready for tough progressions and quick transitions as we flow from one exercise to the next.
Power Pilates
Our Power Pilates class is a fun upbeat class, expect music to be louder and high tempo. This class incorporates the padded jump board and weights. Giving you a high intensity workout while having fun!
Corporate Classes
If your looking for team bonding classes within your company or between colleagues this is the class for you. It can be personally tailored depending on your preference. To book this class please contact us.
Birthday Party Packages
A fun class for you and your friends to celebrate a birthday or something special. The class with be tailored to you and you will receive a little goody bag of choice with the class. Also available to add on treatments from Glow Solarium and Beauty to give you the ultimate glow up package.
Sculpt and Stretch
Sculpt & Stretch is an energising Pilates class that is designed to build strength and definition while improving control and alignment. Through targeted exercises, you will work on sculpting lean muscles and enhancing overall strength. Class ends with a stretch section to release tension and restore balance. Suitable for mixed ability levels with some prior pilates and fitness experience.
Barre x Reformer
Where ballet meets Pilates! Expect pulsing, lengthening, and core-shaking moves that sculpt, strengthen, and stretch you from head to toe—all with a reformer twist.
